We operate a 14-day cooling-off period: during the first 14 days after registration, your fee is fully refundable should you change your mind. After this point, if you have to cancel your place for any reason, we offer a sliding-scale refund policy on your Entry Fee. 

There are also some other options for you if you cannot attend:

• Package change
• Participant transfer
• Deferral to the following year
